An analyst call is taking most airline stocks higher this morning in pre-market trading.  Airline stocks might have risen on oil prices being lower (up until 9:00 AM) but these upgrades seem to be driving more interest.  Here are SOME of the JPMORGAN analyst calls as follows (with share price change and volume as of 9:03 AM EST:

AMR Corp. (AMR) Raised to Overweight; +3.3% at $12.59 on 272,000 shares.

Continental Air (CAL) Raised to Overweight; +2% at $18.07 on 133,000 shares

Delta Air (DAL) Raised to Overweight; +2.7% at $9.59 on 54,000 shares.

US Airways (LCC) Raised to Overweight; +4.1% at $8.74 on 394,000 shares.

Southwest Airlines (LUV) was the standout stock as its rating was cut to Underweight, and its stock is down 1% at $15.10 on very thin trading volume.
