• Arris Group Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRS) trading down 13% at $7.70 (8:33 AM EST); stock slid 9% in after-hours after an earnings warning.
• Cache (NASDAQ: CACH) shares are up 5.6% pre-market at $13.39 8:34 AM EST) after raising Q2 earnings forecast.
• CIRCOR International Inc. (NYSE: CIR) is indicated up over 10% at $56.00+ (8:34 AM EST) after it raised its earnings guidance; no shares traded yet.
• EMCORE Corporation (NASDAQ: EMKR) indicated up almost 10% at $5.63 (8:35 AM EST) on contract award.
• Mattson Technology (NASDAQ: MTSN) is down 6.5% at $4.60 (8:35 AM EST) on lowered guidance.
• SGX Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: SGXP) is up over 100% on a $3.00 cash buyout from Eli Lilly.
• Ultralife Corporation (NASDAQ: ULBI) trading up over 20% at $13.18 after it raised revenue guidance.
