Volume Spike Investor

Apollo Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: APOL) is seeing a big drop on large volume this morning.  At 10:06 AM EST we see shares are down 7% at $49.05 on 2.5 million shares.

This move is after the “effective immediately” resignation of Brian Mueller as President and Director.  Mueller served as President of Apollo Group since early 2006 and previously as CEO of University of Phoenix’s online campus.
